Jennifer Richeson, PhD, is a social psychologist whose research has illuminated how identities – particularly racial identities – are formed and shaped through interactions with others.

Leader in the study of interracial interactions, cultural diversity, racial identity, bias and prejudice, social inequality, and injustice.
Awarded the MacArthur “Genius” Fellowship and the Guggenheim Fellowship.
Recipient of the Award for Distinguished Scientific Early Career Contributions to Psychology from the American Psychological Association.
Member of U.S. National Academy of Sciences.
